Every Friday, I am available for 6 hours to provide live support via Voxer using voice memos and/or text chat. Get all of your DIY questions answered about branding and more! Ask me for feedback on your designs, advice about best practices, or anything else you need support for! Get all the details below! 💜

Have questions that you want to ask Casey (out loud!) rather than posting in the group?

Join in on the next Office Hours! Office Hours are your chance to ask me anything about branding, Canva, Procreate, templates, and more! But, instead of the way some groups hold office hours - in a live group call - I host them via a walkie-talkie app: Voxer!

  • We have a 1:1 conversation so you get a personalized response

  • You’re not limited to 60 seconds for each audio clip you record

  • Your questions get answered by the end of the day every Friday

  • Show up at a time that suits you vs. waiting for a live group call

⌚️ When are Office Hours?

Office Hours happen every Friday between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM Pacific Time. You can click here to work out your time zone. Simply add ‘Pacific Time’ as the first location and then your location to convert!

Office Hours happen on the Voxer app! If you don’t already have it, click here to install Voxer for iOS or Android.

  • Canva: using the brand kit, understanding tools, learning new features, overcoming struggles

  • Procreate: working with color palettes, creating logo stamp brushes, making seamless patterns

  • Branding: finding complimenting colors, matching sets of fonts, using templates for consistency

  • Designs: feedback on mood boards, asking for tips, getting suggestions, or any support you need

  • Ask me anything about branding, Canva, Procreate, templates, and more! Let’s chat about your logo, brainstorm your color palette, find fonts that go well together, work on your brand patterns, or help you customize those templates!

    If you're not sure if I can help, just ask anyway! The worst that happens is I say “I don't know how to help with that but I know who can!”… Then I’ll gladly provide you with a referral or recommendation as needed!

  • Office Hours take place between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM Pacific Time on Fridays but you are free to message me on Voxer at any other time! Please just be aware that I will only respond during Office Hours!

    You are also welcome to post in the Brand With Ease Facebook Group any time if you miss out on Office Hours and want a response before the next week.

  • YES, if you want to send me screenshots or a screen recording, I'm happy to check them out! Whatever method(s) you need to use to get across your questions to me will be accepted! In return, if I don't feel that I can "tell you" my answer via voice or text, I will gladly create a quick Loom video to help provide extra support in answering your question!

  • No worries! Voxer is 100% free to use and allows us to chat 1:1 with text messages or walkie-talkie style by sending voice memos back and forth.
