By purchasing or downloading my products, you agree to the Licensing Agreement and all conditions outlined in these Terms of Use.

Terms & Conditions

  • Do NOT claim any of my digital products, templates, or designs as your own.

  • You may NOT copy, alter, share, or resell my digital files in any form.

  • These are digital products available for immediate download. NO physical item will be shipped to you.

  • Due to the nature of digital products, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. All sales are final.

Licensing Agreement

Please note that licensing terms vary based on the digital template, design asset, or color palette you’re using. Be sure to read and understand ALL applicable licensing agreement terms below for the product(s) you have.

  • • Digital products such as Mood Board Templates and Brand Board Templates may be used to create unlimited End-Products for personal use or one (1) End Product on behalf of a client.

    • To use Templates on behalf of multiple clients, you must purchase the Commercial License.

    • End Products must be significantly different from the original Template and require time, effort, and skill to produce.

    • End Products must not be used or sold in a way that is directly competitive with the original Template you purchased.

    • End Products must not redistribute the original Template to any third parties in a manner that allows for the extraction of the original digital product.

    • For example, if you purchase a mood board template, you may use the Template for yourself or a client after having input personalized information. You may not resell or redistribute the template, however modified, in customizable form.

    • While not required, I truly appreciate it when you credit and/or tag @brandwithease for the Template, but it is not obligatory.

  • • Design Assets, such as Seamless Pattern Files, include a limited commercial-use license for up to 100 items.

    • You may use these digital files to make and sell PHYSICAL End-Products for personal or small business use only (up to 2 employees). No sublimation transfers or screen print transfers can be sold without the Commercial License.

    • For full commercial use (anything over 100 items, sublimation transfers, screen print transfers, etc.) you MUST purchase a Commercial License.

    • Design assets may NOT be used commercially in digital products of any kind.

    • Digital files must not be altered in ANY WAY. The files are a completed work and NO editing is permitted. This includes but is not limited to color changes, removing/adding/rearranging elements, or creating new artwork using any Brand With Ease element. Not for use as clip art.

    • Digital files cannot be uploaded and used on Print On Demand or Print Fulfillment websites such as Printify, Printful, Society6, Redbubble, Zazzle, Merch by Amazon, Threadless, TeePublic, Spoonflower, Gooten, etc.

    • Brand With Ease is not responsible for any manufacturing, printing, or other errors that may arise when using any Brand With Ease design assets. Test printing for color matching especially is highly recommended before production.

    • While not required, I truly appreciate it when you credit and/or tag @brandwithease for the Design Assets, but it is not obligatory.

  • • ONLY color palettes have flexible licensing because let’s face it, trying to claim rights to colors isn’t exactly something I ever plan to spend time on!

    • You are free to use my color palettes for unlimited personal or commercial use in both physical and digital products without purchasing a commercial license or seeking additional permission from Brand With Ease.

    • This does NOT mean that you can claim them as your own, share, or resell them in any form.

    • While not required, I truly appreciate it when you credit and/or tag @brandwithease for the color palette, but it is not obligatory.

Technical Support

  • Make sure that your devices have the latest versions of Canva and/or Procreate installed before using my digital template products.

  • Immediately after you’ve placed your order, you can access your digital downloads on the Order Confirmation page. Additionally, you’ll receive two emails — you’ll get the order confirmation first, followed by a separate email containing links to access your digital downloads again!

  • Please Note — Download links expire 24 hours after your purchase. If you attempt to click an expired link, a new link will be sent to the email address used for the initial purchase.

  • If you have any problems downloading your products or any technical questions not covered on this page, please contact me and I’ll be happy to manually re-send your downloads or provide any additional support.
